By downloading or using DonutSMP Rig Mod, you agree to these terms.

1. Licence

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the mod on accounts you control. You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the jar as your own product.

2. No warranty

The mod is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Outcome control depends on the client environment, the server's plugin behaviour and the version you run. Results vary.

3. Third-party platforms

Use of client modifications on any server is governed by that server's rules and by the terms of the game publisher. You are responsible for your own account standing. This project is independent and not affiliated with Mojang, Microsoft or the Donut SMP staff team.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the mod to target, harass or defraud specific individuals. Do not repack the jar with additional code. Repacked builds are not ours and are not supported.

5. Limitation of liability

In no event shall the authors be liable for any loss of in-game currency, account action, or indirect damages arising from use of the mod.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
