How To Use Blackjack Rig
Using the blackjack rig — win rate, naturals, bust guard and reading the dealer type before sizing a bet.
The table type decides whether the rig has full control or only affects your render.
This page covers how to use blackjack rig on Donut SMP — what the client sees, what it can change, and which settings actually matter at the table.
Donut SMP blackjack resolves on the client before the dealer animation finishes. The mod reads the hole card at that moment, computes the outcome space, and selects a draw order that matches your configured edge. Nothing is rewritten mid-hand: the sequence stays valid, the dealer still hits, stands or busts, and the renderer plays it straight.
Check the dealer first; a player-run table is a different decision entirely.
Three sliders drive the table — win rate, natural rate and dealer bust rate. A bust guard caps your forced hands at 21, so a high edge never produces a hand a spectator could call impossible. Naturals sit on their own slider because a run of them is the easiest pattern for a human dealer to spot.
